Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Some items are made to order and may take 5–7 business days to process before shipping.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $5.50 (5–7 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $50 and over
- Express Shipping: $15.00 (2–3 business days)
Multiple Shipments Some orders may ship in multiple packages from different fulfillment locations. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment at no additional cost.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@georgethread.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date and we will make it right.
