Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. Items received after this window are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Item Condition
To be accepted for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Free of odors, stains, or signs of use
- In their original packaging with all tags still attached
How to Start a Return
Email support@georgethread.com with the subject line Return Request - Order #### and include:
- The item(s) you'd like to return and your reason
- Photos, if your item arrived damaged or incorrect
We'll review your request and respond with next steps. If your order is eligible, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label by email.
Once you receive your label:
- Print it and attach it securely to your package.
- Drop off with the assigned carrier within 7 days. Most carriers also offer scheduled pickup — check your carrier's website for details.
Shipping Costs
- Exchanges: Free
- Refunds: A flat $7 fee will be deducted from your refund
- Defective or incorrect items: Free — see below
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days of arrival), we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund or store credit — your choice.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery and include photos in your email. We'll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if we reasonably determine that a request involves fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise manipulative behavior.
